New parents can spend so long preparing for labour and when the new baby arrives that they can forget about after the new baby arrives. So nourishing themselves often falls to the bottom of the list. If you're expecting, its a great idea to stock your freezer with healthy dinners, treats and snacks for the first few weeks. Your future self will really thank you for it. And though most of us will end up in the coffee/sugar slum at some point, you will feel better if you're entire diet isn't comprised of chocolate and biscuits!!
